Refund policy

At MAVYEN, every item is made to order. Because production starts as soon as an order is placed, we are not able to accept returns for reasons like changed my mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
We will replace or refund your order if:
- It arrives damaged or defective
- - You received the wrong item
- - There is a manufacturing or printing error on our part
How to request a return or replacement:
Contact us at info@mavyen.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Order cancellations:
Because production begins quickly, orders can only be cancelled within the first hour of purchase, before production starts. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact info@mavyen.com immediately if you need to cancel.
Lost or delayed packages:
If your order has not shipped within 15 business days of production completing, or tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and offer a resolution.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and swimwear cannot be returned unless defective.
