Shipping policy

All MAVYEN items are made to order, so nothing ships from stock. Please allow for production time in addition to shipping time.
Production time: 1-6 business days (varies by item and print complexity)
Shipping time after production:
- United States: 5-7 business days
- - Canada: 7-14 business days
- - UK and Europe: 10-21 business days
- - UAE and GCC: 5-15 business days
- - Rest of world: 12-25 business days
Estimated total delivery time (order placed to delivered):
- United States: about 7-11 business days
- - UAE and GCC: about 10-20 business days
- - International: about 12-25 business days, depending on destination
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delays: Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond the estimate above, contact info@mavyen.com and we will look into it.
Customs and import duties (international orders, including UAE and GCC): Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. MAVYEN is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will help coordinate a reshipment where possible.
