All MAVYEN items are made to order. Production takes 1-6 business days, then shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days within the United States (longer for international orders, including 5-15 business days to the UAE and GCC). Because every item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns for reasons like changed my mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or there is a manufacturing or printing error on our part. Contact us at info@mavyen.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy.

Because production begins quickly, orders can only be cancelled within the first hour of purchase, before production starts. Contact info@mavyen.com immediately if you need to cancel.

If your order has not shipped within 15 business days of production completing, or tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and offer a resolution.

Orders shipped outside the United States, including to the UAE and GCC, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
